Just a quick comment, for folks that are asking for 25% and up of an attorneys fee they need to do a little more than provide a short statement of the case. We as attorneys are wasting a lot of time bidding cases and then finding out there are landmines that weren't disclosed. The only good thing is that we have time to vet cases but not an amount of endless time. As far as I'm concerned I have no trouble halving a fee percentage request where the info is sorrily lacking in content.
